My name is Eddie Vanderpoorten. I help executives and their teams apply years of special operations experience to reduce stress, build resilience, and increase productivity. I am a father, researcher, and former special operator. I realized that the best special operators in the world weren’t born that way. They worked hard, trained consistently, and refined not just their physical abilities but their mindset. Excellence is not an accident—it’s a daily practice.
I am determined - relentless, curious, and resilient, and courageous. And I can help you to become all those things and more. My experience in the military taught me how to be calm in all situations and environments. I spent years researching how to remain calm and help myself re-center to focus on the task at hand.
When I transitioned from military service to the civilian world, I realized that the same principles that make special operators highly effective under extreme stress could be applied to corporate executives and professionals facing high-pressure environments. The ability to stay calm, resilient, and decisive is a skill that can be learned and mastered. Through structured coaching, I help leaders manage stress, increase resilience, and be calmer, which increases employee health and wellness, and increases productivity.

We first regulate the central nervous system (CNS), which enables us to access lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition as follow on aspects of health. CNS regulation is the foundation from which all other behaviors stem. Utilizing the CLEAN Method, I teach executives and their teams how to:
